The Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11032) penalizes “fixers”: people who, for money or other gain, facilitate the speedy completion of government transactions. That law is why this guide only points you to the official channels. Avoid fixers, and report them to the agency concerned.

Nagbabago ang bayad, requirements, at proseso. Maaaring kulang o luma na ang impormasyon dito. Laging kumpirmahin sa opisyal na site ng ahensya bago kumilos.

Walang fixer

Hindi kami nag-aalok ng bayad na tulong para mapabilis o matapos ang transaksyon sa gobyerno. Pinaparusahan ng Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11032) ang mga “fixer”: mga taong nagpapabilis ng transaksyon sa gobyerno kapalit ng pera o iba pang pakinabang. Dahil sa batas na ito, opisyal na daan lang ang itinuturo ng gabay na ito. Iwasan ang mga fixer at isumbong sila sa kinauukulang ahensya.
